I’ve been working with women for over 25 years in some way or another, starting with weight management and now I help women navigate their healing journey.  Healing can mean different things to different people.  But I define healing as going from an undesirable state to a more desirable state.  Healing is continual.  We can always move into a better state.

 

I am not the same woman I was 10 years ago, I’m in a better state; mind, body and spirit. 
I’ve had my ups and downs with my own journey to become the woman I am today. I had to fight to be this version of me.  Over time from my own experience and from the experience of working with women, I have developed an online course that can help YOU move into a better state.  The online course is 12 weeks in length, meeting once a week. We will travel through 6 portals of healing and along the way we will work with the energy of your womb.   There will be meditations to assist you with releasing energy of the past and planting new seeds of intention. 

Once you complete the 12-week online course, you will receive a certificate of completion and you will be a part of the Woman Of Ankh Sisterhood.  This designation entitles you to continue healing work via a private Facebook Group and monthly meetings that will help you to stay aligned and receive support from likeminded sisters.
